Initial Consultation

This is where we get to know you. We discuss your goals, style preferences, functional needs, budget, and timeline. It’s also an opportunity for you to learn more about our team, our services, and how we work. Site measurements or photos may be taken during this phase.

Design Concept Development

Based on what we learn from the initial consultation we begin developing a design direction tailored to your space and lifestyle. This may include:

Initial Estimate & Budget Alignment

Before moving into specific selections, we provide an initial estimate based on the scope of work and conceptual design. This helps ensure we’re aligned with your budget from the beginning. We’ll talk through where you may want to invest more—or pull back—so there are no surprises later.

Design Presentation & Finish Selections

We present the full design plan, including furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, and materials. You’ll see samples and visualizations of how everything works together. During this phase, we finalize finish selections. Based on these choices, we update your estimate to reflect actual product costs.

Procurement & Project Management

With the final design and pricing approved, we take it from there. We handle ordering, logistics, and coordination with all trades, including electricians, painters, and installers. Your dedicated designer keeps everything organized and moving forward.

Installation & Styling

Once construction and prep work are complete and all items have arrived, our team installs and styles the space. Furniture is placed, accessories arranged, art hung—every detail is handled.

Project Wrap-Up

We walk through the space together to make sure every detail is just right. Any final tweaks or touch-ups are addressed promptly, and we remain available for any post-installation questions or needs.

Our Designs Fee Structure

No Design Fees When You Purchase Through Us

When you’re selecting products—such as furniture, flooring, cabinetry, window treatments, or accessories—and those items are ordered through our showroom, we do not charge any design fees. Your product purchase includes our time, expertise, professional measuring and installation as needed.

When a Design Fee Applies

A design fee is only charged when our involvement is consultative rather than product-based. This includes services such as:
